The Business Fundamentals Manual is prepared for micro-and small e-waste business operators under the Switch Africa Green Project.
The purpose is to enable them improve their business operations through the use of basic management practices. The manual consists of eight learning Units which focus on basic practices used by formal businesses and covers a variety of topics such as registering of businesses, marketing and management of customer relations.
The UCC was the main contributor for this publication and the whole EMAGIN Team wished to thank the European Union for funding this project.
